02 - Add the minced garlic, chopped chives, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
03 - Taste the dip and add salt as needed. Keep in mind the blue cheese already contributes natural saltiness.
