01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
03 - In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the beef bacon pieces over the top.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sprouts are golden and caramelized and the bacon is crisp.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot. Optionally garnish with freshly cracked pepper or a squeeze of lemon juice.
