03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
04 - Return browned kielbasa to the skillet with vegetables. Pour honey garlic sauce evenly over everything. Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
05 - Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly glazed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
